1. The substance containing nitrogen in the fuel reacts with oxygen, but generally, the content of nitrogen in the fuel is very low, unless the nitrogen content of waste fuel is relatively high, so this factor is generally not considered.

2. Nitrogen in the air reacts with oxygen at high temperature to produce nitrogen oxides, which is the main source of nitrogen oxides in flue gas. The amount of reaction between nitrogen and oxygen at high temperature mainly depends on the combustion temperature, nitrogen concentration and oxygen concentration. The higher the temperature and the higher the concentration, the more nitrogen oxides will be produced. Most boilers reduce the flame temperature in the combustion area and reduce the air supply in the high-temperature area, so that the combustion reaction in the high-temperature area is in an anoxic state, resulting in incomplete combustion. The flue gas goes to the low-temperature area and then burns with secondary air distribution, so that other substances burn completely, so as to achieve the purpose of reducing nitrogen oxide emissions.

SCR treatment does not need to transform the boiler body, but directly deals with the boiler tail gas, which has no impact on the boiler body. An independent real-time online monitoring and control system can stably operate up to standard under any load condition. At the same time, according to the real-time online monitoring of NOx concentration and O2 content before and after the tail gas, through the real-time control of ECU control system, it can be stable below 30mg/nm3. Set the processing efficiency up to more than 95%.
