1、 Characteristics of natural gas power generation
Natural gas is contained in underground porous rocks, including oil field gas, gas mother gas, coalbed methane, mud volcanic gas and biogenic gas. It is mainly composed of a mixture of 85% methane and 9% z-alkane. Methane CH4 is a combustible gas, which generates carbon dioxide and water after burning in the air. It is an ideal clean energy.
2、 Emission control scheme of natural gas generator set
In the tail gas emitted by natural gas generator set, the harmful substance is mainly nitrogen oxide NOx, which is a mixed gas. Oxide NOx mainly contains ammonia monooxide no and ammonia dioxide NO2. After nitric oxide is discharged into the atmosphere, it reacts with oxygen in the air and is oxidized to nitrogen dioxide NO2. Nitrogen oxides are toxic and irritant gases, which have destructive effects on health and the environment. The tail gas treatment of natural gas generator sets mainly refers to the treatment of nitrogen oxides and NOx. At present, SCR denitration technology is recognized as a mature technology for removing nitrogen oxides. SCR denitration technology occupies nearly 70% of the world market, while in China, this data has exceeded 95%. SCR denitration technology has become more and more mature, and is widely applicable to the treatment of excessive ammonia oxides in the tail gas of biogas generator units in the field of biogas power generation, such as chemical fertilizer plants, garbage landfills, starch plants, sewage plants, kitchen garbage landfills, domestic garbage landfills, pharmaceutical factories, farms and so on.
