GRVNES environmental protection has researched and developed a set of "Grvnes" SCR denitration system after years of painstaking research on the treatment of nitrogen oxides in power generation from food waste. This system has been specially designed, and can still achieve high-efficiency operation in the case of unstable exhaust temperature and gas quality; Important parts can withstand the common impurities in landfill gas to ensure the long-term stable operation of the system.
The flue gas denitration system of GRVNES kitchen waste power station adopts selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology, which is currently the international mainstream technology for efficient removal of NOx from tail gas. It is mainly that the flue gas from the kitchen waste generator unit enters the purification system through the exhaust pipe. When NOx in the tail gas passes through the flue gas denitration system, within a certain temperature range (generally200℃ -580 ℃), the exhaust gas fully mixed with ammonia will undergo catalytic reduction reaction to reduce NOx to harmless N2 and H20.

The flue gas denitration system of kitchen waste power station developed and designed by GRVNES has the following advantages and characteristics:

1. mature and reliable technology, high denitration efficiency and reduction of ammonia escape

2. fast response

3. the ammonia injection is uniform, the resistance is small, the ammonia consumption is small, and the operation cost is relatively low

4. applicable to low, medium and high temperature denitration
