According to our years of practical experience, for the treatment of NOx in engine exhaust, it is found that when some diesel engines are started, there will be fuel injection, and the diesel will cover the doc or SCR catalyst, which will weaken the role of the catalyst. To this end, we have specially developed an oil-gas separator to separate fuel and exhaust gas as much as possible to ensure the effective working performance of the catalyst. At the same time, we can carry out directional research and development of control systems according to different brands of internal combustion engines.
If diesel oil is used as fuel and the generator set is for standby emergency use, the design is two preconditions that need to be considered:
1. The fuel is suitable for diesel oil above national level 4;
2. The generator must be loaded during acceptance;
By increasing the fuel injection pressure, the emission of some diesel engines has reached or below the particulate emission standards required by the current national and local environmental protection regulations. The following two different NOx treatment methods are provided:
1) PM has reached the standard: the treatment scheme adopts scr+asc
2) PM fails to meet the standard: doc+cdpf+scr+sac is adopted as the treatment scheme
