SCR technology is mature and has high denitration efficiency. It is one of the widely used denitration methods. This scheme uses selective catalytic reduction technology to provide a set of SCR denitration device.

Low temperature denitration of flue gas from high-performance annealing furnace has been successfully completed.

The customer is a world famous industrial furnace enterprise, the world's largest industrial furnace manufacturer, and one of the leading companies providing industrial furnace systems for metal heat treatment.

The high temperature tail gas from the annealing furnace of this project contains a large amount of NOx flue gas, which will pollute the atmosphere. Therefore, it is necessary to implement denitration engineering for the tail gas generated in the production process. According to customer requirements and actual working conditions, the annealing furnace flue gas shall be denitration transformed to meet more stringent emission requirements.

SCR technology is mature and has high denitration efficiency. It is one of the widely used denitration methods. This scheme uses selective catalytic reduction technology to provide a set of SCR denitration device. The urea SCR low temperature denitration method is used. The flue gas temperature reaches 220-260 ℃, and the sulfur content is required to be lower than 35mg/Nm3. After environmental protection treatment, the final outlet exhaust gas temperature is 160 ° C, which is discharged into the exhaust fan to further control the flue gas concentration of NOx, So as to further reach the emission concentration specified by environmental protection regulations.
