Our SCR denitration technology is highly efficient, effective, safe and practical. While meeting the flue gas temperature between 450-630 ℃, it is necessary to control the exhaust temperature below 500 ℃ to meet the working requirements of SCR denitration system. Different treatment schemes are considered according to the actual working conditions. When the original emission value of NOx is less than or equal to 500mg/Nm3, the target emission of NOx is less than or equal to 30mg/Nm3.

PLC control is equipped with general fault alarm lamp and touch screen alarm prompt function, which can monitor the operation status of core components, including urea metering pump and nitrogen oxide sensor. The system collects exhaust temperature before and after catalysis, NOx concentration before and after catalysis, O2 concentration before and after catalysis, flue gas flow, urea tank liquid level, calculation of denitration rate, and calculation of converted concentration of NOx emission at the outlet.
