However, while the glass factory is driving our economic development, the glass kiln produces a large number of air pollutants such as smoke, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in the production process. As an industrial equipment with high energy consumption, not only the increase of fuel cost, but also a lot of air pollutants such as sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides and smoke and dust are contained in the discharged flue gas during the production process, which cause serious pollution to the atmosphere. Effective flue gas treatment measures can not be delayed. To meet the emission standard of flue gas, it is necessary to select an appropriate flue gas treatment technology for its pollutants to reduce and control its pollutants.
For denitration in glass kilns, nitrogen oxides are mainly generated by oxidation of nitrogen in the air at high temperatures. The NOx thus generated is called thermally induced NOx. Its generation is a function of temperature of flame structure. SCR treatment does not need to modify the equipment body, only for tail gas treatment.
Generally, the glass kiln will produce high temperature in the production process. The flue gas is generally about 300 ℃ - 500 ℃, and the flue gas temperature is particularly high. For this, we use the waste heat of the flue gas of the glass kiln. The steam generated from the recovery can be used for power generation, heating and heating. It is of great significance for the energy conservation and consumption reduction of the glass kiln, and the emission up to the standard.
