The cement industry is one of the main pollution sources of nitrogen oxides. The emission of nitrogen oxides produced by the cement industry has reached more than 10% of the total industrial emissions of the country. The form of emission control of smoke pollution from cement production is very severe. The country has increasingly strict requirements on pollution emission control, and the cement industry is under great pressure to control the emission of nitrogen oxides.

Smoke SCR denitration technology, selective catalytic reduction, is a denitration technology with high denitration efficiency and low ammonia escape. It controls NOx in diesel engine exhaust, uses NH3 or urea as reducing substance, and returns NOx to N2 and H2O with NH3 under the effect of temperature and catalyst. NH3 preferentially reduces NOx with high selectivity without reacting with O2 first, so it is called selective catalytic reduction.

The air pollution of the cement industry is controlled by the emission of nitrogen oxides NO2 below 400mg/Nm3. Combined with the current cement production, the cement kiln flue gas SCR denitration system is used, and the analysis of catalyst, reducing agent and high-temperature flue gas conditioning needs to be combined. In view of the high temperature working conditions, it is necessary to adjust the catalyst activity temperature of SCR denitration to meet the denitration efficiency of the process system. It is necessary to analyze the situation on site to effectively control the flue gas emission of the cement kiln.

Green Valley has independently developed denitration products suitable for power plants, glass kilns, cement kilns and other industrial kilns, cracking furnace incineration and other fields, and can also recommend the use of integrated dust removal and denitration products according to the customer's choice.
