For furnace denitration, nitrogen oxides are mainly generated by oxidation of nitrogen in the air at high temperatures. The NOx thus generated is called thermally induced NOx. Its generation is a function of temperature of flame structure. SCR treatment does not need to modify the equipment body, only for tail gas treatment; It has an independent real-time online monitoring and control system. No matter what load the boiler is under, it can operate stably to meet the standard.

According to the real-time online monitoring of the NOx concentration and O2 content before and after the tail gas, the ECU control system can be used for real-time control, which can be stable to less than 30mg/m3. Even the treatment efficiency is more than 95%. The initial investment is slightly higher than the low nitrogen combustion transformation cost, but the later operation and replacement cost is extremely low, and there is no safety hazard such as insufficient combustion such as deflagration, which leads to hydrocarbon exceeding the standard.
