Diesel engine exhaust dry purifier is a black smoke purification equipment which can remove black smoke and PM particles from diesel engine exhaust.

According to the characteristics of the exhaust gas of internal combustion engine, we adopt the DPF filter carrier with modular, customized design and professional fluid mechanics design (the exhaust gas can pass through the filter element 360 degrees). The diesel exhaust particle catcher is composed of multiple sets of parallel DPF filter carriers. Metal felt filter material made of 316L alloy wire imported from France, high temperature resistance 500, corrosion resistance, can be washed repeatedly, high breathability, uniform breathability. The particle capture cross-sectional area is large, the initial back pressure is small, the back pressure rise is slow, the unit can be easily disassembled, can be flexibly extracted and washed for regeneration, easy and fast maintenance, stainless steel box and metal filter element, long service life, with 10-15 dB noise reduction function, processing efficiency is above 95%.

Particle traps are regenerating:

1. Particle catcher can effectively reduce the emission of particulate matter. It first captures the particulate matter in the exhaust gas, and then oxidizes the captured particles, so that the particle catcher can regenerate.

2. In long-term work, the gradual increase of particulate matter in the trap will cause the engine back pressure to rise, leading to the engine performance decline, so it is necessary to periodically remove the deposited particulate matter, restore the filter performance of the trap.

Method of particle trap:

1, active regeneration uses the external energy to improve the temperature of the trap, so that the particles are burned. When the temperature in the trap reaches 550, the deposited particles will be oxidized and burned. If the temperature does not reach 550, excessive sediments will block the trap. At this time, additional energy is needed to increase the temperature in the DPF to make the particles oxidized and burned.

2, passive regeneration of fuel additives or catalysts to reduce the ignition temperature of particles, so that particles can burn at normal engine exhaust temperature. Additives (such as cerium, iron and strontium) are added to the fuel in a certain proportion. Too much will affect the life of the DOC, but too little will result in delayed regeneration or increased regeneration temperature.
