SCR denitrification technology (selective catalytic reduction method) to control the NOx in the exhaust of diesel engine, using NH3 and urea as reducing substances, under the action of a certain temperature and catalyst, NOx is reduced to N2 and H2O, to ensure that NH3 reacts with O2 to produce N2 and H2O, to avoid NH3 leakage caused by secondary pollution.
In the treatment of biomass boiler exhaust gas, the nitrogen oxide generation pathway is mainly generated by the oxidation of nitrogen in the air at high temperature, and the NOx generated in this way is called thermogenic NOx. Its production is a function of temperature of the flame structure. SCR treatment does not require modification of the equipment body, only for exhaust gas treatment.
In SCR technology, the SCR reactor is arranged between the economizer of the boiler of the thermal power unit and the waste heat of the air. The flue gas enters the SCr reactor vertically, and the temperature is between 300℃ and 400℃.
