Ultra-low emission transformation scheme of gas boiler:
1. Low nitrogen combustion technology mainly focuses on how to reduce the combustion temperature and the generation of thermal type NOx, and at the same time, rapid mixing at the initial stage is considered to reduce the generation of fast type NOx.
The ultra-low emission transformation of gas boiler is mainly a low nitrogen combustion technology. For the transformation and upgrading of the boiler, the excess coefficient of cold air in the new furnace is reduced to the lowest level as possible, and the energy saving and emission reduction effect of reducing the heat loss of exhaust smoke and reducing the NOx content of exhaust smoke is finally achieved.
2. We use "low-temperature SCR denitrification" technology in the low-nitrogen transformation of small and medium-sized oil-fired and gas-fired boilers.
A section of SCR denitrification reactor with enlarged cross-sectional area was inserted into the exhaust chimney section at the tail of the boiler, and the reactor was loaded with low-temperature SCR catalyst to transfer dilute ammonia (or ammonia) to the nozzle through the jet pump and piping system, and the ammonia (or ammonia) was atomized and sprayed into the chimney, so that SCR reaction occurred on the surface of the catalyst and the nitrogen oxide was reduced to nitrogen and water.
