There is no exact figure for the ultra low emission standard of boiler flue gas, which is roughly divided into 30mg/Nm3 and 50mg/Nm3. In order to avoid unnecessary waste caused by low nitrogen transformation, it is suggested that new boilers should be purchased according to 30mg/Nm3 standard regardless of local policies. 1. Beijing-tianjin-hebei region, Xi 'an, Taiyuan, Chengdu, Changsha and other provincial capitals: 30mg/m³; 2. Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Anhui and other southern regions, Shanxi, Henan, Jinan: 50mg/m³.
Boiler is the equipment that uses the heat energy of fuel combustion or other heat energy to heat hot water or other processes to produce steam, hot water or other processes with specified parameters (temperature, pressure) and quality. In order to protect the country's blue sky, China has formulated strict standards for the discharge of air pollutants from boilers, setting limits for the maximum allowable concentration of soot, nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide in boiler smoke and the emission blackness of flue gas. In addition, all regions have also designated more strict ultra-low emission standards for boiler flue gas based on their geographical conditions.

According to the general principle that the local standards are stricter than the national standards, the special emission limits of particulate matter, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide and other pollutants in the newly revised Boiler Emission Standards are 10mg/m3, 35mg/m3 and 50mg/m3 respectively. In order to meet the requirements of the special emission standards, Low nitrogen combustion technology, SCR denitrification, wet electrostatic dust, high efficiency wet desulphurization system and other mature and reliable combination technology can be used.
For SCR treatment of boiler, we do not need to transform the boiler body, but only directly deal with the exhaust gas of the boiler body, which does not have any impact on the boiler body. The boiler can run stably under any load, its emission standard is controlled below 30mg/m³, and there are no safety risks and CO exceeding the standard.
