The boiler can operate stably under any load, and its emission standard is controlled below 3mg/M3. There is no hidden danger or CO exceeding the standard. For gas-fired boilers, nitrogen oxides are mainly generated by oxidation of nitrogen in the air at high temperatures. The NOx thus generated is called thermally induced NOx. Its generation is a function of temperature of flame structure. SCR treatment does not need to modify the boiler body, only for tail gas treatment;

By further utilizing the waste heat in the final exhaust gas of the boiler, part of the heat of the purified gas is recycled, and the operation cost of post-treatment is reduced.

4Electronic control and electronic injection system

According to the real-time state of exhaust gas, the injection amount of urea water (ammonia water) is accurately controlled through the ECU system to achieve a high purification rate of nitrogen oxides, while placing ammonia to escape.
