As a traditional brewing enterprise, the winery is facing the challenge of environmental protection regulations while pursuing high quality brewing technology. Boiler as an important energy supply equipment of distillery, in the operation process, may produce nitrogen oxides (NOx), which poses a threat to the environment and human health. Therefore, the treatment of nitrogen oxides in boiler of winery is particularly important.

Nitrogen oxide is one of the main sources of air pollution, which has a serious impact on human health and environment. In the production process, the boilers used, especially coal, oil or gas boilers, may produce NOx during the combustion process. With increased environmental awareness and improved regulations, wineries must reduce nitrogen oxide emissions to achieve sustainable development.

In the process of burning fossil fuels, under high temperature conditions, nitrogen and oxygen react to become NOx, which not only causes pollution to the environment, but also may enter the body through the human respiratory system, causing respiratory diseases. In our selective catalytic reduction method -- SCR denitration system, under a certain catalyst and temperature, NH₃ or urea ₃ is used as a reducing substance, and under a certain temperature and catalyst, NH₃ ₃ is used to reduce NOx into N₂ and H₂O.

The main body of the boiler can be reformed without affecting the thermal efficiency of the boiler, and it can operate stably under any load, and the emission standard is controlled below 30mg/Nm3. There are no safety risks and CO exceeding the standard.

2, high efficiency low temperature catalyst
The catalyst is greater than or equal to 175 degrees in the application range, the denitrification efficiency is more than 95%, and the selection of 40-50 holes of high mesh compact SCR catalyst reduces the size of the equipment and the amount of catalyst application, effectively saving the cost of the equipment.

3, equipment, low operating costs
By changing the flue sequence, the operation cost is reduced, the waste heat in the final exhaust of the boiler is further utilized, and part of the heat of the purified gas is recovered, greatly reducing the operating cost of the post-treatment equipment.

4, prevent ammonia escape
The NOx concentration probe and temperature sensor are set before and after the SCR denitrification catalyst. According to the real-time status of the exhaust gas, the injection amount of urea water (or ammonia water) is accurately controlled by the real-time ECU electronic control system to achieve a high purification rate of nitrogen oxides and prevent ammonia overflow.

5, easy installation
After the equipment is completed, only part of the pipeline needs to be reformed and connected, and the debugging period is short, which does not affect the normal use of the boiler.
