Denitration | Why does the boiler need nitrogen oxide treatment (denitration)?
For gas-fired boilers, the main way to produce nitrogen oxides is the oxidation of nitrogen in the air under high temperature environment, so the generation of NOx is called heat-induced NOx. The higher the temperature, the higher the concentration of oxygen in the gas zone, and the greater the production of NOx. For boiler SCR treatment, Green Valley does not need to modify the boiler body, but only deals with the boiler tail gas directly. It monitors the PLC control system online in real time, and controls the NOx concentration and O2 content before and after the tail gas. It is stable to less than 30mg/m3, and the treatment efficiency reaches more than 95%. There is no potential safety hazard and CO exceeds the standard.
