Green Valley GRVNES-CYJ series heavy-duty diesel exhaust dry purifier is a metal felt filter material made of 316L alloy metal wire imported from France. According to the characteristics of the exhaust gas of the internal combustion engine, the DPF filter carrier adopts modular, customized design and professional fluid mechanics design (the exhaust gas can pass through the filter element 360 degrees). The diesel exhaust particle catcher is composed of multiple parallel DPF filter carriers. The particle capture cross-sectional area is large, the initial back pressure is small, and the back pressure rises slowly. The unit can be easily disassembled, flexibly extracted and washed for regeneration, easy and fast maintenance. The particle trap box is made of stainless steel, which has a long service life and 10-15 dB noise reduction function. The black smoke treatment efficiency is 90%-98%. And set a safety bypass, when the blockage caused by high back pressure alarm can automatically open the bypass, to ensure safe use.
